BRIEFING SESSION 

DATE AND TIME

A non-compulsory pre-proposal Request For Proposal (RFP) briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on  14 January 20265 at 10:00 for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.

All interested bidders must register their interests by completing the “Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” attached to the advertisement under Section 11 page 39 of 40 and return it to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

“Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” for the briefing session attendance by, 13 January 2026. This is to ensure that AEMFC may make the necessary arrangements for the virtual briefing session. Note: The onus is upon the bidders to ensure attendance.

BID VALIDITY PERIOD:

120 Business Days from closing. Bidders are to note that they may be requested to extend the validity period of their bid, at the same terms and conditions, if the internal evaluation process has not been finalised within the validity period. However, once the adjudication body has approved the process and award of the business to the successful bidder(s), the validity of the successful bidder(s)’ bid will be deemed to remain valid until a final contract has been concluded.
