BRIEFING SESSION 

DATE AND TIME

A compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted at Vlakfontein Mine, c/o N12 and R545 Kendal/Balmoral off-ramp. African Exploration Mining - Vlakfontein Mine. On 06 March 2024 at 10:00 for a period of ± 2 hours.

The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. [Bidders are to bring with them their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the compulsory briefing].

All interested bidders must register their interests by completing the “Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” attached to the advertisement under Section 11 page 53 of 54 and return it to This email address is being protected from spambots.
