DESCRIPTION: Expresion of Interest
AEMFC requires an underground mining contractor to provide a services for the development of the “T project”, located in Leandra. The plan is to sink and develop a decline shaft and ultimately commence the mining operation. AEMFC issues this Expression of Interest (EOI) to companies which have the capacity and capability to offer similar mining services.
Objectives
The main objective of this EOI is to identify the level of interest from companies to provide underground mining services, considering the following:
- AEMFC intends to conduct a competitive tender process to select a suitably qualified company with which to enter into this transaction.
- AEMFC notes that the request for EOI is not binding and does not form part of the tender process.
- All information supplied will be treated as confidential.
Minimum Qualification Criteria
- The company should either demonstrate its underground mining service experience or have a technical partnership with underground mining services experience.
- The company/partner should produce proof of projects/experience and a list of traceable references related to underground mining services.
Submissions
- Interested parties are requested to submit their EOI, copy of their business profile, proof/list of projects and references.
- Submission by no later than 22 August 2023. Time 12h00 midday.
