The proposals must be based on the following scope of work:

• Data acquisition and review. A non-disclosure agreement will be signed
• Conduct site visit at all the mine facilities.
• Conduct the audit for the three pits, each has its own EMP and Environmental authorisations. Each EMP and environmental authorisation must have its own audit reports separately.
• Audit reports must indicate the EMP/Environmental authorisation requirement, findings, photos, compliance status, percentages and comments and or recommended measures.
• Develop maps and plans required for the interpretation of the report
• Develop the audit report showing compliance and non-compliance. This must also be illustrated in scores or percentages
• The draft report must be presented to the mine for commenting purposes.
• Submit the final report to the public on or before the 15^{th of} April 2022.
• Display notices on public areas regarding the availability of the final report.
• Submit the report to the authorities (e.g. DMRE)

• Supply and install a high pressure multistage vertical pump with a 16kW, 380v motor
• Supply and install 40mm steal piles for distribution of dust suppression water
• Supply and install Spray nozzles at transfer points in the plant
• Supply and install electrical distribution box for the control circuit
• The Dust suppression system to be automated to function in two modes: (a) to switch on when scale registers a load,
• the laser limit switch to activate the water cannons at the feed bins to suppress dust when either FEL or ADT approaches the feed bin.

1. Supply and installation of a mobile container
2. The container must be divided into five (5) 3X3m rooms (reception area, kitchen and 3 offices) all rooms must have windows.
3. The container must have two (2) doors one on the front and one at the back.
4. Supply and installation of X5 7000BTU air conditioners for the four rooms.
5. Supply and installation of X4 fire extinguishers.
6. The container must be written “Sponsored by AEMFC” in bold navy-blue letters. AEMFC logo must be on the board boldly written.
7. Supply and installation of X5 fluorescent lights.
8. Supply and installation on a kitchen unit including sink and taps
9. Supply and connection of a 150L geyser
10. Plumbing
11. Electric connection
