AEMFC SOC LTD: Vlakfontein mine has built 24 houses for the community of Two-line located in PHOLATownship (Makause section). The houses consist of 3 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Theelectricity connection and switch on has been done, however the community members are still complainingabout electricity not working. The electricity was switched on last year June 2021. Therefore, the serviceproviders involved in providing electrical building services are requested to provide quotation for theinspection and assessment of each house based on the following points:

·         Inspection and assessment of the electrical connection for each (24) houses.

·         Provide a report about the findings and recommend the plans that must be implemented.

·         Provide electrical building COC for each house

·         Confirm availability of power supply to each house

·         Confirm status of the electricity prepaid meter box for each.

·         Each house member is required to sign confirmation that you have inspected and assessed their houses
