The value of this bid is estimated to be below R50 000 000 (all applicable taxes included); and therefore the 80/20 system shall be applicable.

Suppliers of Goods and /or Services to AEMFC cannot be undertaken without receipt of a VALID Purchase Order Number. Verbal, telephonic instructions from employee of AEMFC is a violation of AEMC’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. Commencement of such an act will result in an unlawful transaction with the repercussion of non -payment to the supplier.
