Bidders are to note that the internal evaluation process has not been finalized within the validity period of 120 days. The bid validity has been extended from 28 October 2025 to 31 March 2025 to enable AEMFC to conclude the evaluation process under the same terms and conditions as set out in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
