BRIEFING SESSION DATE AND TIME

A compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted at Vlakfontein Mine, c/o N12 and R545 Kendal/Balmoral off-ramp. African Exploration Mining - Vlakfontein Mine. On 28 June 2024 at 10:00 for a period of ± 2 hours.

The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Bidders are to bring with them their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at the compulsory briefing].

Note: The onus is upon the bidders to ensure attendance.

CLOSING TIME

12:00 PM Bidders must ensure that bids are delivered timeously to the correct address. As a general rule, if a bid is late or delivered to the incorrect address, it will not be accepted for consideration.

CLARIFICATION ON ENQUIRY DOCUMENTS

BID VALIDITY PERIOD:

120 days from closing. Bidders are to note that they may be requested to extend the validity period of their bid, at the same terms and conditions, if the internal evaluation process has not been finalised within the validity period. However, once the adjudication body has approved the process and award of the business to the successful bidder(s), the validity of the successful bidder(s)’ bid will be deemed to remain valid until a final contract has been concluded.

Late Tenders/Bids will not be accepted.
