BRIEFING SESSION 

DATE AND TIME

A compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on 12 June 2023 at 11h00 am. for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.

“Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” for the briefing session attendance to be submitted by 08 June 2023 to allow AEMFC to plan for the virtual briefing session.

12:00 PM Bidders must ensure that bids are delivered timeously to the correct address. As a general rule, if a bid is late or delivered to the incorrect address, it will not be accepted for consideration.

CLARIFICATION ON ENQUIRY DOCUMENTS

BID VALIDITY PERIOD:

120 Days from closing. Bidders are to note that they may be requested to extend the validity period of their bid, at the same terms and conditions, if the internal evaluation process has not been finalised within the validity period. However, once the adjudication body has approved the process and award of the business to the successful bidder(s), the validity of the successful bidder(s)’ bid will be deemed to remain valid until a final contract has been concluded.
