The signed form shall form part of the tender submission. Any organization wishing to bid must send at least one representative but not more than two representatives per bidder. A Consortium or Joint Venture must be represented by at least one of the Consortium or Joint Venture members. Failure to submit the “Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” for the briefing session attendance by 23 February 2022 at 15H00 will lead to the bidder not being able to attend the RFP briefing.
