A pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted via Microsoft Teams on the 27 May 2021, at 11h00am for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.

All interested bidders must register their interests by completing “Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” that will be attached on the advertisement and return to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 25 May 2021 to allow AEMFC to make arrangements for the virtual briefing session.

Bidders are expected to fill in and sign the “Certificate Of Briefing Session Attendance” during the briefing session together with the signature of AEMFC representative.

Any organization wishing to bid must send at least one representative but not more than two representatives per bidder. A Consortium or Joint Venture must be represented by at least one of the Consortium or Joint Venture members.
