A compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted at VLAKFONTEIN MINE on the 25 May 2021, at 11:00am for a period of ± 2 hours. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late.
All interested bidders must register their interests by completing “Registration of Prospective Bidders Form” that will be attached on the advertisement and return to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by 20 May 2021 to allow AEMFC to make arrangements for the virtual briefing session.
Bidders are expected to fill in and sign the “Certificate Of Briefing Session Attendance” during the briefing session together with the signature of AEMFC representative. The signed form shall form part of the tender submission. Failure for a bidder to submit the certificate before tender closing will result in the bid to being non-responsive.
Failure to submit “REGISTRATION OF PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS FORM” for the briefing session attendance by 20 May 2021 will lead to bidder not being able to attend RFP briefing.
