Appointment of the approved list of services provider(s) (Panel) to supply pre-certified sized Run of Mine (“ROM”) coal to AEMFC Vlakfontein Mine. The coal supply required is a minimum of 30 000 tons per month on an as and when required basis, total ranging from 180 000 up to 360 000 tons over a period of 6 months from date of contract award.
